PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Bank - Philadelphia Billiards
Philadelphia, PA

THE BANK - PHILADELPHIA BILLIARDS : RESTAURANT : LOUNGE : BAR

This historic bank building, ca 1916, once the headquarters for Beneficial Bank, was designed by noted Philadelphia Architect; Horace Trumbauer. He is responsible for many Philadelphia Institutions including the famed Philadelphia Museum of Art. This project will restore the historic spaces enhancing their architectural beauty and creating a vibrant backdrop for a high-end, upscale Billiards Club. The original Board room spaces will be converted into elegant Private Event spaces. The mezzanine will include a circular bar where patrons can overlook the billiards below and gaze upwards to the ornate coffered ceiling design. The roof top will also be developed as a year round roof top bar and restaurant venue with a retractable glass roof and unique views of the city skyline.
