One of the highest places on the East Coast, the new offices for The Duffy Law Firm are on the 56th floor of One Liberty Place; Philadelphia’s premiere office building. The Duffy Law firm commissioned DAS to design an office space that would reflect the angular architecture of the building and the firm’s progressive style. The 14,000 SF full floor space is located in the top portion of the Helmut Jahn designed building where the hi rise begins to taper to a point. Structural bracing and angular glass walls form a unique geometry that is almost as dramatic as the 50 mile views.

Minimal partitions were used to maximize the openness of the office layout and promote the infiltration of natural light. Glass walls divide offices from Hallways and public areas creating a transparent office atmosphere. Modern classic furniture is featured throughout the
design representing a modern, yet timeless design.
