One Liberty Place, the tallest building in Philadelphia, is a landmark office tower. It was the first hi rise to break the height restriction that was historically established as William Penn's hat atop the Philadelphia City Hall. The DAS design for the public areas makes clear reference to the exterior architecture and includes the use of indirect lighting, aniline dyed maple wall panels, granite trim, and several specialized paint finishes and wall coverings. |
